Xbox Support is certainly one of the top in the business with Madden 22 coins responding to issues related to their consoles. This is yet another proof of that. Following the initial reports of Xbox console crashing issues related to NBA 2K22, they posted the following tweet on their Xbox Support Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as the follow-up just the other day.
Even though it's been a problem on Xbox for a few weeks, people complain about the console not working while playing NBA 2K22 on Xbox Series X/S. This was something we had reported to us a few weeks ago. Many people have had issues loading NBA 2K22 onto Xbox Series X/S. The console crashed, and then displayed a message stating that inadequate ventilation caused the console to stop functioning.
It appears that there are no issues with ventilation for console players, but instead some glitch is triggering it. NBA 2K22 isn't the only game experiencing problems. Many others have started writing about how they're getting the same error message when playing Madden 22 or FIFA 22. FIFA 22 is only available on the EA Play 10 hours free trial.
It's even more interesting due to the fact that this error was caused by two games by 2K Sports, and two from EA Sports, which are the same games in all sports. The issue persists just a few days later according to the Xbox Status page. It shows an issue for NBA 2K22 but the issue is close to being addressed.
Another thing that is interesting is that Dexerto reports that they had another tweet in response to the tweet, which mentioned that they were examining issues related to Madden 22 and FIFA 22 in the same way as previously mentioned however that cheap mut coins tweet has since been removed completely due to a reason.
